Trip to the southern coves

The same company, Rutas Marítimas de la Cruz, organizes daily trips from the port of Mahón to the southern coves and Ciudadela: the tour lasts a whole day (7 hours) and includes stops for swimming. The price is €44 per adult and will take you to discover the famous coves of Macarella, Macarelleta, Turqueta, and several more.

Boat rental without a skipper in Mahón

The prices of boat trips from Mahón vary depending on the route and the boat you want to take: you can take a one-hour trip around the port on a large boat for around €12, or if you want to sail to the southern coves and spend a whole day at sea, the price can rise to around €50. To reach the southern coves, bear in mind that the route will be longer, so the excursion will normally last a whole day (around 8 hours) and will have to depart in the morning (around 10:00 a.m.) in order to make the most of the middle of the day.
