“We booked the trip as the 3 centre tour. Disappointed to find out we had to buy the Bran Castle tickets when we were there. I've never experienced this before as the trip price usually covers everything. Good job people had money/cards on them as no one was expecting this. The Castle was full of very loud teenagers that were allowed to push past people and generally spoil things for normal tourists. I get this cant be helped by Hello Tickets but people should be aware that this happens.”
