Terms of Service Agreement
The General Conditions shall apply to all sales of products offered through the website www.hellotickets.com (hereinafter "Products"), and together with the offer, the price and the description showed on the website, and, if applicable, the particular conditions contained in this document (particular conditions), will govern the legal relationship between Hello Ticket SL, (hereinafter "Hellotickets") and the CLIENT, composing the whole of the agreement between Hellotickets and the CLIENT.
The period of validity of these General Conditions will be the time they remain published on the website, and will refer to the acquisition of Products at the time such conditions are available.
The acceptance of these General Conditions by the CLIENT will be an essential requirement in order to formalize any contractual relationship between the CLIENT and Hello Tickets.
Sorry, but we can only accept orders made by people of legal age. If you are a minor, you must inform your parents or guardians about these General Conditions of Purchase. It is your parents or guardians who must express their acceptance before using this website or making any purchase on it.
On the one hand, Hello Ticket SL, hereinafter "Hellotickets", enabling the web www.hellotickets.com, a company incorporated under Spanish law, with registered office at Paseo de las Delicias 110, 7B, 28045, Madrid and VAT number ESB87643680, and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, volume 35117, folio 120, section 8 and sheet number M-631551.

Object of the contract
Through the acceptance of these general conditions, Hellotickets is obliged to make available to the CLIENT the Products purchased through the website www.hellotickets.com and the CLIENT is obliged to pay the price indicated at the time of making the purchase.
For the purchase of the Products offered by Hellotickets through its website, www.hellotickets.com, registration is required. The CLIENT can register at any time before beginning the purchase process.
Related to the registration process, the CLIENT is solely responsible for the quality of the data entered by him on the forms, and accepts the obligation to provide true, accurate and complete information about its identity, as requested in the forms registration, purchase and accreditation, as well as to update all registration data so that they remain true, accurate and complete.

Under provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, dated 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data of the CLIENT will be part of a file used exclusively for the management and billing of the products that you buy, an send you information about our offers and promotions, ensuring the confidentiality of your data.
All information on the Products offered by Hellotickets, a way of example, but not limited to, prices, features or description are available to the CLIENT on the website and / or Hellotickets App, and will appear on the screen in each case.
We try that the descriptions and representations of the products that the CLIENT can see are as accurate and useful as possible.
Hellotickets website gives the CLIENT access to a ticket catalog. The photographs and data included in each page are for information purposes only, therefore Hellotickets declines any responsibility for errors in such information.
The characteristics and prices of the Products are indicated on the screen in euros, and include VAT and any other taxes which may be applicable, and will be valid at all times, except for typographical errors. Such taxes will be included on the receipt in a disaggregated form.
The prices shown on the website cancel all previously published, and they are valid at the time of publication. Hellotickets undertakes to make every effort to keep these prices, but it reserves the right to modify them without prior notice, communicating it to the CLIENT at the time of placing an order. Changes in prices will not affect orders already made.
Remember that personal data must be accurately indicated to avoid confusion or incidences in the provision of the service, and delivery of the products purchased.
The products to be purchased must be selected and added to the purchase screen by clicking on the corresponding icon.
After selection of the desired Products, for their acquisition, the CLIENT must access the payment form, where you must complete the corresponding purchase form that will appear on the screen, along with a summary identifying the selected Products, its total price, taxes included, and if applicable applicable shipping costs.
The verification of this data will be solely and exclusively the responsibility of the CLIENT. Hellotickets will not be liable to the CLIENT for errors and inaccuracy of the order if the Products that were included in the order confirmation have been sent.
Then, the CLIENT must complete the corresponding registration form that will appear on the screen, or if applicable, your user data if you are already registered. If the CLIENT provides any false, inaccurate or incomplete information, or if Hellotickets has sufficient reason to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate or incomplete, Hellotickets has the right to cancel the purchase of the CLIENT. In this case, Hellotickets will inform the CLIENT and refund the amounts paid, discounting the expenses generated by the transaction, through the same medium for which payment was made, within fourteen (14) days.
Once the purchase form is completed, the CLIENT must accept these Conditions, once accepted, select the payment method and confirm the order. Depending on the payment method selected, the CLIENT can be redirected to an online payment platform where you can end the purchase through any of the accepted payment systems.
Once the transaction is confirmed, the CLIENT will receive a communication by email with the information of the purchase, and the payment receipt. Failure to receive this message may be due to a temporary problem in network communications or to a typing error in the communicated e-mail address. Payment Methods and Security
Hellotickets accepts transactions at any time, 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The charge will be made on-line once it has been verified that the data communicated by the CLIENT are correct.
With the aim of providing its CLIENTs maximum security to the payment system, Hellotickets uses as secure payment the platform for online payments Stripe. In addition, Hellotickets integrated into its website Science Sift, a anti fraud system, in order that all transactions made under your website are 100% safe.
Hellotickets reserves the right to withhold any transactions for security reasons, as well as not to allow access to the Products purchased. The affected CLIENTS will be informed. Also, Hellotickets reserves the right to cancel a transaction if it is considered that the data provided by the CLIENT can not be verified.
Hellotickets will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of orders resulting from the lack of authorization by the payment system.
Hellotickets will deliver the tickets to the CLIENT to the email address provided during the purchasing process, according to the type of ticket acquired, which will be described in the following section. Types of tickets:
PDF: you'll get the tickets in your email address and you'll have to print them to access the event.
QR Codes: they're codes that you directly download in your phone to be scanned and so you can access the venue. Tickets with QR codes don't have to be printed.
Mobile Transfer: These tickets are transferred through the platform Mobile Transfer by Ticketmaster. The tickets are mobile, so in order to access the event, you'll have to show them in your phone and it's not necessary to print them.
Flash Seats: These tickets are managed by the AXS Flash Seats. platform. This is one of the safest ways to access the stadium. Thanks to this innovative access method, you'll be able to link the tickets to your credit card, or access them by downloading the app in the United States.
In a case of force majeure that delays the delivery of the product, it will be notified to the CLIENT with the proposal of an approximate date of delivery of the Product without any liability for Hellotickets. As cases of force majeure must be understood that prevents any order delivery through no fault of either party, to exemplary but not limitation, strikes, war, flood or other natural disaster.
In order to avoid incidents in the delivery, it is essential to fill in the form with your data correctly. It is mandatory to fill in the box related to e-mail. Hellotickets is not responsible for wrong deliveries due to the inaccuracy of the data provided by the CLIENT.
Cancellation policy for events
If the event is held it is not possible to cancel the tickets, even if there is some kind of restriction that limits or prevents the CLIENT to attend the event. However, there are platforms where the CLIENT can put their tickets on sale to recover part or all of the amount (Hello Ticket SL is not affiliated in any way to these platforms). Cancellation policy for tours and activities
For the cancellation of a tour or activity, the cancellation conditions specified in the description of the activity and indicated on the voucher will apply. We advise the user to carefully read the information in the activity description.
Mandatory health measures
To access an event, tour or activity, it is necessary to comply with the measures required by national legislation or imposed by the organizer of the event, tour or activity. These may include: mandatory use of masks, recent negative Covid test, proof of full vaccination, etc.
Postponements and changes in the date of the event
If the event is postponed or the date is changed, your tickets will be valid for the new date. In these particular cases it will not be possible to cancel your tickets, as the organizers of the event understand the event will still take place.
Cancellation of the event
If the event is cancelled you will receive a full refund for the amount you paid for the tickets. If your event has been cancelled, please send an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to help you. Please, keep in mind that the refund may not be immediate after the cancellation of the event, since it will be issued by international providers. You will receive your refund once Hello Ticket has received the corresponding amount from the provider of said cancelled event.
In the event that the cancellation of the event is due to a cause of force majeure not directly attributable to Hello Tickets, Hello Tickets reserves the right not to refund the fees and extra costs specified at the time of payment.

Intellectual and Industrial Property
Hello Tickets guarantees the CLIENT to be the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights on the Products sold and / or, if necessary, have the authorization necessary to commercialize them through its website.
The CLIENT acknowledges and agrees that the Products are subject to rights of intellectual and industrial property, which shall belong to Hello Tickets and / or to third parties.

Modification of Terms
Hello Tickets reserves the right to change this agreement, when deemed appropriate or in order to adapt these texts to legislative or technological changes or to its contractual relationship with third parties. The CLIENT will be properly informed of such modifications.
If any part of these contracting conditions is contrary to law and therefore invalid, this will not affect the other provisions in accordance with law. The parties agree to renegotiate those parts of the contracting conditions that are void and to incorporate them into the rest of the contracting conditions.
Exclusion of guarantees and liability
Hello Tickets will not be responsible for delays or failures that occur in the access, operation and operation of the website, or its Products, as well as the interruptions, suspensions or malfunction of the same due to causes outside of Hello Tickets, or when it has its origin in damage by natural disasters or force majeure, or extreme, such as strikes, attacks or computer intrusions (computer viruses affecting the user devices) or any other force majeure or cause urgency fortuitous.

The CLIENT shall hold Hello Tickets harmless from any liability that may arise from claims of third parties regarding the infringement of rights that may result from their performance.
This Legal Advise is governed by Spanish law.
The intervening parties undertake to resolve amicably any differences that may arise on the present conditions. In the event that an amicable settlement is not possible, and if a legal dispute results, both parties agree, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and as long as the law so permits, submit to the jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the parties in the Courts of Madrid.
