Step by Step
Mercer Labs is not a traditional museum: it is a sensory universe that transports visitors to a new dimension of creativity and innovation. Through a careful fusion of art, sound and technology, this institution offers a unique journey through the present and future of digital culture.
When you walk through its doors, you will be immersed in large-scale immersive installations, such as large-scale digital projections, infinite rooms of mirrors, LED light effects and a 4D sound gallery that redefines the concept of audio with spatial precision and sound holograms.
Among its most striking attractions is the Drawing Station, where you can bring your own creature to life by scanning a drawing and watching it integrate into a 3D digital ecosystem in real time. This experience connects art and play in a participatory environment suitable for all ages.
The museum is the brainchild of artist and creative director Roy Nachum, whose career includes award-winning projects such as Rihanna's iconic ANTI album cover . His vision has made Mercer Labs a meeting point between disciplines, where emotions, sight, sound and touch combine to offer a transformative experience.
This space, distributed in different themed rooms, invites us to reflect on the role of technology in our lives, to question the limits of art and to discover new ways of interacting with the digital environment.
