On any of the tours of Seville and its neighborhoods, you will discover how far back the history of this city goes. A medieval and romantic world lies hidden behind the beauty of its architecture and streets. The most comfortable way to explore them is on board the tourist bus. I tell you all about how to use it and its advantages in my article on Seville Hop-On Hop-Off Buses

And you haven't seen anything yet... A place where this history is multiplied and which will leave you speechless, surpassing even the impression made by the Cathedral and the Giralda, is the Alcázar.

From the outside, it goes unnoticed, and many who visit Seville make the big mistake of leaving a visit to the interior for their next trip, but this would change if they knew what they would find when they crossed its doors: a landscape comparable only to the beauty of the Alhambra in Granada. If you want to visit the Alcázar on a guided tour, take a look at this article about Alcázar of Seville Tickets and Tours.

We loved this tour! It covered every nook and cranny and more. Ismael was so enthusiastic and funny and knew his stuff by heart. I love being on a tour when the guide loves what he does, it makes it so much more enjoyable for us tourists. The Alcazar and Cathedral tour, in my humble opinion,is a must for a Sevilla trip. It is immense and without it you would miss so much. At the end of the tour you are left alone to wander the incredible garden which was an added touch. Thank you Ismael for making it so much fun!

The experience of walking the docks at sunset was delightful, although improving the organisation of the group would make the experience even more enjoyable.
