The London Zoo is the oldest zoo in the world, having been opened some 200 years ago. It is home to more than 750 species, with a total of around 17,000 different animals. Among these, gorillas, lions, penguins, tigers, giraffes and lemurs stand out the most.

In addition to these large animals, there are also several smaller areas scattered around the zoo to which you will have access. These include the Reptile House, Butterfly Paradise and Penguin Beach.

    It is one of the most beautiful zoos I have seen in Europe. The gorilla's gym is amazing, I don't know any other place where they keep the animals like that. Also the service in general was very good.
