We have had a beautiful experience with my daughters. My husband is African American and now that they are older they can understand their culture a little more. They left very empowered and happy to know that everything we saw is part of their roots.

The museum was a thousand times better than I expected. It is large and modern, so all the material they exhibit is very good.

If you are a music lover, you can't miss this museum. There are many more artists than I imagined seeing. We learned a lot and there is a lot of interactive material.
