Step by Step

At 167.6 metres high, the High Roller is, according to the Guinness Book of Records, the second-largest observation wheel in the world. It towers above other equally famous attractions such as the London Eye (133 metres), the Star of Nanchang (160 metres) and the Singapore Flyer (165 metres). With these tickets, you’ll have the chance to enjoy its breathtaking views for around 30 minutes.

The High Roller opened in 2014, following an investment of over 550 million dollars in its construction . As you step into one of its 28 cabins, you’ll have the chance to enjoy aerial views of Las Vegas, whilst watching videos on a screen and listening to interesting facts about the Ferris wheel and the city.

Sitting in comfort, you’ll see the lights of the casinos and hotels on the Strip, or the shops, bars and restaurants at The LINQ, the city’s trendiest neighbourhood. As well as the famous casinos and hotels lining Las Vegas Boulevard, you’ll also see the valley and the desert amidst which the city stands.

If you decide to upgrade your ticket, you can enjoy the Happy Hour option, which includes an open bar inside the cabin. This means you can have a drink in the only city in the world where you can see both the Eiffel Tower and the Pyramids of Giza at the same time.

There are three types of ticket available:

  • Day tickets: valid from 12:00 to 17:00.
  • Open-time tickets: valid from 12:00 until closing time. From Monday to Thursday, the tower closes at 00:00, and on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at 02:00.
  • Happy Hour tickets: these are valid from 12:00 until closing time, just like the previous tickets, but they include an open bar inside the cabin.

The High Roller is impressive. If you go to Las Vegas you have to go up and see the city from this structure. The activity does not last long but it is really unforgettable!
