Step by Step

Embark on an unforgettable guided tour of approximately 11.5 hours by coach from Tokyo to Mount Fuji, Hakone and Lake Ashi.

You will start the day early, departing Tokyo in a comfortable coach with a tour guide and WiFi service.

Once you arrive at Mount Fuji, you will be amazed by its imposing beauty. With a height of 3,776 metres, Mount Fuji is the highest peak in Japan and one of the most famous volcanoes in the world. You will have the opportunity to take pictures and admire the panoramic views from one of the designated viewpoints.

After enjoying Mount Fuji, you will head to Lake Ashi, where you will have the opportunity to take a boat ride. Lake Ashi is known for its crystal clear waters and breathtaking views of Mount Fuji. During the boat ride, you can enjoy the serenity of the lake and take spectacular photographs.

The next stop on the tour is Hakone, famous for its hot springs and traditional Japanese onsen.

The excursion to Mount Fuji with Hellotickets was the best, we saw beautiful things and the bus was comfortable. I didn't know a lake could be as beautiful as Ashi, it's worth going!

In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or failure to reach the minimum number of participants for the activity, a change of date or full reimbursement of the amount paid will be offered.
Not adapted for wheelchair users.
Not suitable for travellers with heart conditions or other serious medical problems.
Travellers should be in average physical condition
Warm clothing is recommended
For the No Lunch option, meals are not included. There are no cafes, restaurants or other places to eat lunch near the rest area.
Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available for the With Lunch option. Guests with allergies and those wishing gluten-free meals must book the lunch-free tour.
Muslim meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified.
The order of the tour itinerary is subject to change due to road conditions or other reasons.
If the fifth station of Mount Fuji cannot be reached, the route will be taken to the highest possible elevation point.
No alternative destinations are planned when the tour reaches beyond the 1st station. In these cases, the tour will visit the Fujisan World Heritage Centre or Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park.
Due to weather conditions, Mount Fuji may not be visible even from the base. The tour will not be cancelled and no refunds will be given for this reason.
If you are unable to board the Lake Ashi cruise or the Komagatake cable car, the tour will be guided to one of the following alternative destinations: Lake Kawaguchiko "Appare" sightseeing boat, Lake Yamanaka swan lake cruise, Hakone pirate ship, Mount Fuji scenic cable car, Hakone cable car, Hakone scenic Jukkokutoge of Hakone Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Museum of Art, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Museum of Art, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine
Depending on the season and the day of the week, traffic conditions may vary and the arrival time at each location may be considerably delayed.
Children up to 5 travel for free but will not be provided with seats on the bus or lunch.
On the day of the annual Mount Fuji climb, which is usually a weekend in June (the schedule for 2024 is yet to be determined), the Fuji Subaru line is closed until about 14:00. The Komagatake Cable Car and Lake Ashi cruise can be changed to alternative itineraries.
