Each carries remarkable stories of power, politics, and excess. You will get to stand on the floor of the Colosseum, imagining the roar of the crowd, the clash of steel blades, and the wave of the emperor’s hand as he decides to let a bloodied combatant live or die. You will get to explore the Roman Forum, once the commercial and communal epicenter of Rome. Considered by many to be the heart of the ancient city, the Forum was once the largest meeting place in the world.
