Step by Step

Avoid the queues with these tickets for the New England Aquarium in Boston. With these passes you'll be able to enter all the exhibits at this facility, considered one of the most visited in the American city. One of the most interesting places is the Giant Ocean Tank, a cylindrical installation of 760,000 litres that simulates a Caribbean coral reef.

Opened in 1969 on the Boston waterfront, the New England Aquarium is one of the world's first modern aquariums. Visitors can explore the oceans and observe thousands of marine animals in at least four levels of exhibits.

Throughout the aquarium, which houses the world's oldest right whale research programme and coordinates efforts along the US East Coast to restore the population of this endangered species, you'll see many marine species.

For example, you'll be able to watch penguins and seals at play, as well as see large sharks passing within metres of you. In fact, in the exhibition tank, you will be able to admire up to three species of sharks: the marbled coral catshark, the epaulette shark and the Halmahera walking shark. These sharks share their space with two butterfly fish that work to keep the tank clean.

Also, with this pass you can stay and watch a film projected on a big screen about the history of this aquarium, as well as the species it houses, to get an idea of what your tour of this facility might be like.

I recommend it if you have small children, they love marine animals and are kept entertained for a very long time.
