Experience Highlights

Combine two very different experiences in Taipei with this ticket for the Miramar Ferris wheel and the Miniatures Museum. First, you can admire the city from above, and then step into an amazing world of houses, rooms and scenes created to scale, complete with all sorts of tiny details.

The Miramar Ferris wheel is located in Miramar Entertainment Park and rises to a height of approximately 95 metres above ground level, offering sweeping views of Taipei’s cityscape. The ticket includes one ride on the Ferris wheel, which is particularly enchanting at the end of the day when the city begins to light up.

The combo also includes entry to the Miniatures Museum of Taiwan, considered one of Asia’s leading miniature museums and home to over 200 miniature works. The two attractions are in different locations, so you can organise your visits at your own pace.

Step by Step

The experience begins as you ascend the Miramar Ferris wheel, one of the most recognisable features of Miramar Entertainment Park. As the cabin rises, you’ll be able to take in an ever-widening panoramic view of Taipei and the mountains surrounding the Taiwanese capital.

The Ferris wheel reaches a height of approximately 95 metres above ground level, making the ride a great opportunity to view the city from a different perspective. You can visit during the day to better appreciate the landscape, or come at sunset to enjoy the lights as they begin to transform the skyline.

The second part of the experience takes you to the Taiwan Miniatures Museum, dedicated to the art of recreating entire worlds on a miniature scale. Its collection brings together over 200 pieces crafted by specialist artists, including doll’s houses, rooms, urban settings and tiny scenes brimming with detail.

Here, you can get up close to each display case to discover tiny objects, furniture, figures and decorations that reproduce real or imaginary spaces with great precision. It’s a particularly entertaining museum for families, although the meticulous detail of the pieces also makes it an interesting visit for adults.

The two attractions are located in different parts of Taipei and do not need to be visited as part of a combined guided tour. You can organise your visit according to your own plans and check the voucher for the relevant access instructions for each venue.

We thought it was an original way to discover another side of Taipei. The miniatures are incredibly detailed.

Interesting and different. I’d only deduct one point because I’d prefer the two activities to be closer together.

We went on the Ferris wheel during the day and could see the city and the surrounding mountains perfectly. Very relaxing.
