This lunch or dinner experience in Venice lasts around 2.5 hours and will give you a taste of the gastronomic tradition. You will enter the home of a local family and taste a full three-course menu. After a welcome aperitif with sparkling wine or prosecco, you will taste some of the specialities, such as:

  • Sardine in saor: tasty sardines marinated in a sweet and sour sauce.
  • Seppie al nero: cut tlefish cooked in a rich black sauce made with ink.
  • Risotto di gò: a typical fish from the Venetian lagoon.

The experience ends with some traditional sweets such as bacoli, biscuits that were born in the Republic of Venice at the end of the 18th century. They are perfect for dipping in coffee or liqueur wines.
