The Genoa Biosphere, a spherical glass structure 20 metres in diameter situated in the city’s old harbour, is a natural micro-park designed by the architect Renzo Piano. As well as admiring its impressive glass and steel structure, you’ll be able to enjoy the tropical microclimate it harbours within.

With these tickets, you’ll be able to learn all about sensitive natural ecosystems and the flora and fauna from different parts of the world. In total, there are over 150 species of plants and animals.

Highlights of the exhibits include flowers and plants ranging from giant ferns to rubber trees, coffee trees, banana trees and cinnamon trees.

As for the animals, the Biosphere is home to songbirds, amphibians, reptiles and butterflies, which give it the authentic feel of a tropical rainforest. A must-see for lovers of nature and biodiversity.
