Timbis Paragliding Tandem Experience

Tandem paragliding is an exciting way to see Bali from a completely different perspective. Upon arrival at the take-off area, you’ll receive some basic instructions before getting kitted out alongside the pilot.

The flight takes off from Timbis or Gunung Payung, on the Bukit Peninsula. Once in the air, you’ll be able to admire Bali’s rugged southern coastline, its cliffs and the blue ocean from above, whilst making the most of the area’s air currents.

No previous experience is required for this activity. The pilot takes care of flying the paraglider whilst you concentrate on enjoying the scenery and the sensation of flying.

The flight lasts approximately 15 minutes, although the experience depends on the wind and the weather conditions on the day. For this reason, the arrangements and the exact take-off point may be adjusted to ensure suitable conditions.

As well as all the necessary equipment, the activity includes insurance, photographs and a video, so you can take home a complete memento of the experience after you land.
