Step by Step

Thorpe Park is an island of adrenaline and fun located just outside London, ideal for families, groups of friends or thrill seekers. With over 30 rides and attractions, this theme park has earned a place among the best in the country with its unique blend of rollercoasters, water rides and themed experiences.

The park welcomes you with its most ambitious roller coaster to date: Hyperia, a ride that reaches 90 metres in height and speeds in excess of 130 km/h (80 mph). You'll also be able to walk along the Big Easy Boulevard, a relaxed, urban-style area, perfect for strolling between rides.

Iconic rollercoasters include Stealth, the UK's fastest rollercoaster; SAW - The Ride, inspired by the horror saga; and The Swarm, the country's only winged rollercoaster. For the little ones, there are rides such as Flying Fish, Zodiac and Quantum, which combine fun with accessibility.

If you feel like cooling off, there's no shortage of options: the Tidal Wave, Rumba Rapids and Storm Surge guarantee a refreshing dip in the middle of an adventure. And when you get hungry, you can grab a bite to eat at restaurants such as Amity Fish & Chips and Amity Kebabs.

Throughout the year, Thorpe Park hosts a number of special events, such as Oktoberfest and spooky Fright Nights, making your visit a fully immersive experience you'll want to repeat.

Clear map, attentive staff. I would only improve the variety of vegan options.

Box office service is very fast, although £5 is a bit of a pain in the pocket.

We paid less buying online: €39 compared to at the box office. A good bargain.
