Granada is famous for the Alhambra, its viewpoints and its streets steeped in history, but it also harbours a much less visible side. This tour delves precisely into that other side of the city: the world of rumours, apparitions, tales of witchcraft and episodes that still raise questions.

The tour begins at Plaza Bib-Rambla, one of the historic spots in the city centre, and continues through Plaza de la Romanilla before heading towards the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel. There you’ll discover some of the most intriguing stories and symbols associated with these monuments, including the tale of the famous sculpted demon.

As you make your way towards the Albaicín, the atmosphere changes. The tour takes you past places linked to stories of goblins, haunted houses, exorcisms and paranormal events, whilst the guide connects each tale to the historical context of Granada.

You’ll also discover spots such as the old Maristán, associated with the care of the mentally ill during the Middle Ages, as well as Plaza Nueva, the Paseo de los Tristes, the Casa de Castril and other settings where history and legend intertwine.
