This was a fantastic ride and weather was perfect. The accommodations were fantastic especially the B&B in Augusta. The only room I was thrilled with was my room at the hotel in Hermann. The “Cycling Suite” was nice BUT it’s right on Main Street and trucks travel it all night long. Very noisy. I would recommend this tour!

We booked with Crossroads for a self guided tour of the Katy. Luke and his team are great communicators, sending us plenty of information before the trip. They were also available during our trip to answer any questions we had. The accommodations were very nice and our itinerary had plenty of options for food and things to do and see along the trail. We used the luggage shuttle and our luggage was delivered on time at each hotel. We loved being on our own for the ride but enjoyed having Crossroads take care of the planning. We have requested and received information about other tours they can book. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

We had such a great time on this Crossroads self-guided trip across Missouri. Working with Luke was so easy and effective that we also rode Prince Edward Island using Crossroads in fall 2024 - again great fun, with good local support from George and Dan. We love Crossroads!

Best tour group ever!!! The director of fun, lol, Luke, took care of every single little thing. Before the scheduled ride, we were provided with a ton of information, schedules, milage, apps to communicate, items to bring, well...they just covered every detail and question I might have had. We rode our own bikes, and had so much fun together! The shuttle service was perfect as our bikes rode blanketed and secure in a trailer and we rode in a comfortable van, the mid-day stops all had an abundance of our favorite snacks and drinks, the breakfast and lunches provided were so tasty and more than filling, and the lodging at the end of the day was so clean and comfortable. They took care of cleaning and storing the bikes safely and securely each evening and had them ready in the morning. When they found out my great-grandfather helped build the KATY railroad and we collected electrical insulators, they surprised me with an insulator for my collection! It is just another example of the thoughtfulness and care of this company. They definitely go above and beyond.
