It is a world natural wonder and you should experience it .It is much more awe inspiring from the Canadian side,. We had booked tickets online and were there before time .daily ticket sales is also there. All tourists are given Ponchos or plastic raincoats free of cost as they board the cruise Boat.. The ride takes you near the American falls and the then another small falls before you come face to face with the Monstrous Canadian Horseshoe falls. The roar is deafening and the spray of water and mist is much more powerful than your bathroom shower. If you are on the top deck as I was you have to hold on to the railings. The crossing of the horseshoe falls takes about 10minutes slowly moving sideways over the front side of the falls The ride then turns back ..a total of about 25 minutes of breathtaking experience.

We did our tour with Over the falls tours. Have never been in a tour group before so was cautious. My worry dissapeared when Dale showed up and we quickly joined Dale's Kool Kats. It was an unforgettable trip. Dale had more knowledge and insights that I think anyone could know. It was unforgettable. With my wife's health it wasn't easy to get around and Dale was incredible letting us know what to expect and making things easy for everyone. He took us to a local place for a great lunch and we always had plenty of time for some great pics to remember. If your planning a trip ask for Dale. He is always keeping everyone laughing and does some singing with one of his close crew mates. You might get lucky to feed one of the friendly squirrel. Recommend 1000%

Had a great time! JEFF (JTP) was a very fun guide and we learned a lot about the falls and the surrounding area. He was also very knowledgeable about the history of the falls.
