Fantastic building awesome views from the 86th floor, in cold weather they have heaters outside the deck, it gets really windy depending which side your on!, the views are brilliant on a clear day, nice old touches from the past view cams , celeb pics, at the top they do an amazing hot chocolate with all the trimmings , bit pricey $ wise but hey thats New York🇺🇸
