Step by Step

During this activity, which lasts around two and a half hours, you’ll have the chance to cycle through some of Los Angeles’s most picturesque and lively neighbourhoods. You’ll be accompanied by an expert guide, in a small group of no more than eight people, and you’ll learn about the history and culture of these neighbourhoods.

You’ll visit Grand Central Market, one of the city’s oldest markets, brimming with stalls selling local food. Here you’ll find some of the best places to eat in the whole city, as well as the most innovative chefs.

You’ll stop off at Angel City Brewery, an iconic pub regarded as the gateway to the city’s arts district. Inside, the building still retains its classic look and offers some of California’s most acclaimed craft beers.

At Hauser & Wirth, the famous Swiss art gallery, you’ll have time to wander around and explore the building’s artworks at your own pace. The Los Angeles gallery is housed in a former mill and hosts art exhibitions, events and educational activities that engage with the local community.

As you pass Wisdome LA, a major arts venue in the city, you can stop and see what events are coming up there. That way, you can come back later and check out the ones you’d like to see for yourself.

Throughout the tour, we’ll also pass numerous bars, craft breweries and leading distilleries, which the guide will point out to you, letting you know the prices and which ones are the locals’ favourites.

Once in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles’ Japanese neighbourhood, you’ll stop in front of the Japanese American National Museum, dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Japanese Americans. In Little Tokyo, you’ll also have the chance to see ‘Go For Broke’. This is a well-known monument dedicated to Japanese Americans who fought against Japan during the Second World War.

Once the tour is over, you’ll return to the original starting point, as this is a round-trip tour.

The tour was going very well, a pity the weather was not on our side that day and we had to hurry a bit. Otherwise everything was perfect, I recommend doing it with friends.
