Toledo has one of the most amazing panoramic views in the world, which you can enjoy on our panoramic taxi tour to the viewpoint of El Valle, where we will stop for you to take pictures or just enjoy unforgettable views.
Toledo is one of the oldest and most beautifully preserved cities in Spain, home to monuments, museums and works of art that span millennia – from Roman ruins to spectacular Gothic cathedrals, mosques and synagogues, as well as narrow cobbled streets and romantic squares.

Our 3-hour guided tour is a walk through the Christian, Jewish and Muslim quarters, with stops at the Alcázar, the mosque, the synagogues and the 13th-century cathedral.

We will also explore the fantastic work of El Greco, complete with a visit to his masterpiece, The Burial of the Count of Orgaz, at the Church of Santo Tomé.

Carlos was our guide. Just my husband and I. A highly educated, world traveler, multilingual who lived locally in Toledo and made us feel like old friends connecting after some time. His knowledge is superior as we are not the typical tourists. We delved into history and saw places I’m sure others have not seen. We explored artisans and Carlos was able to connect us with a world class ceramicist, visit his shop consisting of multiple underground caves where we were able to purchase an exquisite ceramic tile that we were able to get personally signed. Behind the scenes everywhere we went. If we could have Carlos as our tour guide wherever we traveled in the world we would be in heaven!

Don’t look any further. This is THE tour to book if you want to see and experience Toledo in its purest form. It was by far, the best tour we have taken in any country we have visited. This was an exceptional day trip from Madrid. Having a personal guide showing/informing us about the history and cultures of Toledo escalated this trip to entirely different level. And Daniel, born & raised in Toledo, did an exceptional job of showing us very unique places and customs of the area. He would pace the tour so that we never felt hurried, and took us to the best shops that he knew well (and they were awesome). He gave us time to sit down to have a cafe con leche and knew where all the restrooms were located, ha! The trip was worth every Euro we paid! I recently took a trip to Madrid and a day trip to Toledo, which ended up being the highlight of my entire trip, thanks to Javi and the incredible service from Destino Toledo. Javi greeted me with my name on his iPad, a first for me, and from there, the experience only got better. He took us to a stunning viewpoint, then guided us through various churches, restaurants, and historic sites. Since it was just my wife and me, Javi customized the tour to our preferences. He even helped with reservations, showed us taxi locations, and checked in later to ensure we got home safely. This experience is a must—don’t skip it!
