On this tour of the Hams Caves in Mallorca, you’ll have the chance to experience first-hand one of the island’s most iconic natural wonders. These caves are over 10 million years old, although they were discovered in the 19th century by the speleologist Pedro Caldentey Santandreu.

They offer one of the most impressive underground sights in Europe. In 1910, he managed to generate electricity to light the cave, even before electricity reached the village of Porto Cristo.

During your visit to the caves, you’ll be able to see their hook-shaped stalactites and the blue lake known as ‘The Venetian Lake’. Without a doubt, this is one of Mallorca’s most popular tourist attractions.
