Step inside the Hall of Abencerrajes to gaze up at its star-shaped domed ceiling, and hear the tale of the massacre that took place here during a 15th century banquet.

After exploring the palaces, head to the Generalife Gardens to discover where the sultans and Moorish kings of bygone days once relaxed.

    Our tour guide, Andy, was excellent! Being a history major, he had a wealth of knowledge of the history of the Alhambra and the culture of the people of Granada. He was interesting, considerate, and courteous to the small group.Andy spoke English well and guided us at a pace that was comfortable for all. Highly recommend him for a tour.

    Great tour with Andy and Alex, the whole family enjoyed it. Highly recommended but prepare for a long day as the Alhambra is huge and you will end up walking few Kms
