You will be picked up from your hotel and aboard a comfortable bus you will head northwest to see two iconic destinations in Slovenia. The first stop on this tour is the magical Lake Bled, surrounded by majestic mountains and lush forests. Admire this picturesque, crystal-clear lake that looks like something out of a fairytale and also see its small island in the centre with Bled Castle perched atop a cliff.
Climb aboard a traditional pletna for an additional cost and enjoy a wooden gondola ride to the island of Bled. Once there, you can climb the 99 steps up to the church and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. Listen to the history of this 11th century medieval castle with your guide and then continue the journey to the Bohinj Valley, a true natural paradise hidden in the Julian Alps.
