Step by Step

This guided tour allows you to discover the attractions of Casablanca in one day (approximately 12 hours). In addition to tickets for the attractions, it includes an expert guide , water, wet wipes and lunch. Travel is in an air-conditioned vehicle with Wi-Fi, which will pick you up and escort you back to your hotel.

Normally the first stop is Casablanca's Hassan II Mosque, built on a promontory overlooking the ocean, but it's not the only thing you'll visit:

  • Nejjarine Museum: has an extensive collection of traditional artefacts, tools, musical instruments and much more.
  • Bab Bou Jeloud: the Blue Gate, one of the main entrances to the Medina. The exterior façade is decorated with small light blue tiles, while the interior is green.
  • Ibn Danan Synagogue: small in size and with a large roof terrace, it has the particularity of being located inside a private house.
  • Al Karaouine Mosque: it is one of the main educational and spiritual centres of the Islamic world.

Another remarkable feature of Fez is the production of leather. The techniques are passed down from father to son and have remained virtually unchanged over time. From the terraces of the surrounding buildings, it is possible to admire the tanneries and the various stages of transformation from above .

Walking through the narrow streets and stopping at every place of interest was perfect. I have never taken such a full day, I loved it!

Fez is a fascinating city, and having a private guide allowed us to make the most of our experience. We entered the medina, a labyrinth of streets full of history and culture.
