Back at the restaurant all the participants will participate in the foreground throughout the preparation of Sicilian recipes, in a home-style just as per Sicilian tradition. Appetizers, first courses and second courses will be created with great family harmony all with a breathtaking view!

After the preparation, the participants will sit in their seats to start the lunch prepared by them accompanied by two local homemade wines.

We spent 10 days in Taormina on a cooking tour of Sicily. Four of those days included classes with Chef Massimo at his cooking school overlooking the beautiful Ionian Sea. We made a different kind of pasta in each class, including ravioli, fettucine, gnocchi and maccheroni. The pasta making (and eating) and the Meatballs in Lemon Leaf were highlights for me!

Chef Massimo is high energy, knowledgeable and very engaging. I greatly enjoyed visiting the Taormina food market with him and then spending the afternoon cooking and eating at the cooking school. Homemade pasta alla Norma was fantastic!

This was the absolute favorite experience of an overall great vacation! Chef Massimo is so personable, patient & generous with sharing his culinary knowledge & time. It's a beautiful venue & well organized so every guest can enjoy participating. Although my pasta rolling skills needed more practice, it was a lot of fun! The recipes & food were abundant & very delicious. You will get your steps in so wear your comfy walking shoes! Grazie Chef Massimo & your wonderful team!

Chef Massimo was a very enthusiastic teacher and a great cook. I was part of a 20 member group. He divided us into two groups and we all took part in cooking including making excellent pasta.
