The Kunsthalle houses collections of paintings from many periods and styles, but without a doubt the most important is the German Quattrocento collection. As well as German artists, you’ll also see works by world-renowned masters such as Renoir, Cézanne, Degas and others.

It is worth mentioning the more than 200 early Spanish drawings, a collection of great value that is one of the museum’s main attractions. Amongst these, you’ll find works by masters such as Goya, Valdés Leal, Alonso Cano and Murillo.
