    I took the full-day Lavendar tour from Avignon and I have enjoyed my tour. The Tour guide was very knowledgeable about Provence and spoke very good English.

    Our guide (Ghiz - probably spelled wrong) really emphasized the Lavender aspect of the tour, taking the time to stop at extra fields and giving us lots of information about lavender and lavendil and the region. The day was packed with great stops, though we went to Bonnieux instead of Roussillon (different than advertised) where they had a nice market but not much to see in the town itself. A perfect trip if you want to make the most of lavender season in Provence!

    We had a wonderful experience exploring the towns of the Luberon with our French guide, Arnaud. He is a member of the A La FRANCAISE company! Not only was he extremely informative and easy-to-understand, but he had a great sense of humor and friendly attitude, which made our interactions enjoyable and memorable. Having a guide who not only caters to your interests but also engages with you in a personable manner can truly enhance your overall experience and make learning or exploring a new language and culture a lot of fun.
