5 Islands Day Trip with Blue Cave and Hvar Visit

Get out of the city and set off from Split on an excursion to five islands, including a visit to the Blue Cave and Hvar. You’ll travel along the Croatian coast and move between the various points of interest in the archipelago on a fun speedboat. During the speedboat journeys between the different islands, make the most of the wind in your hair and one of the most breathtaking landscapes you’ll ever have seen. On the island of Vis, home to the picturesque fishing village of Komiža, you’ll feel as though you’re in the film *Mamma Mia!*, which was filmed there. It’ll be the perfect time to have a coffee and recharge your batteries for the rest of the day.

You’ll visit Stiniva, one of Croatia’s most famous beaches, which can only be reached by sea. Bear in mind that, during the high season, you may have to swim from the boat to the beach.

There’ll also be time to relax on the beach and enjoy the sea. Budikovac Bay, better known as the Blue Lagoon, is the ideal spot for swimming and snorkelling. So too is the Carpe Diem beach club on the Pakleni Islands, perfect for a swim and a spot of relaxation before heading back to Split.

In Hvar, renowned for having one of the most beautiful harbours in the world, you’ll have over two hours of free time to explore the town at your own pace. Make the most of it by visiting the most iconic sights, such as the cathedral or Fortica Fortress.
