Did this tour with my mom and husband and had a wonderful time. Miguel and Matias were promptly on time for pick up in the AM. Miguel spoke great English and was knowledgeable about the city and the history. He was very friendly and hospitable. From the city we drove about an hour and a half out to Valparaiso. We made a quick stop for coffee/bathroom/snacks about 40 minutes out. The pastries were 10/10. Once we got to the city we made some quick stops, got the history of the city, went to the fish market where we can see local produce, sea lions and fisherman. If you like seafood you can buy some clams to taste (bring some cash). Went to the neighborhoods on the hill via furnicular and saw amazing street art. This was the highlight. The art is amazing and the views were fantastic, we had great weather which didn’t hurt. Ate lunch, Miguel gave us a number of recommendations and then we were able to spilt off and grab lunch and drinks. From there we walked a bit more before heading to the winery. In total I think we walked around 3/3.5 miles so wear appropriate shoes and bring water. Finally we ended at the winery where you could taste a couple of wines. The tour was a great way to see Chile and explore the coastal city. Miguel is from Valparaiso and was clearly passionate about his home city. Would recommend this tour!!!

The overall experience was fantastic, boosted further with our guide Esme and our driver Jose. They both were super friendly and professional, giving further insights into the history and details about the places we visited. She was super organised and communicated well, ensuring there was no confusion for pickup etc. Esme was also great in her explanations and provided lots of suggestions and overall, was super helpful. The tour was packed with fun experiences and amazing views and would highly recommend Esme as a guide.

Esme did an amazing job showing us the sights in Valparaiso and samples at Emiliana Organic Winery. She went out of her way to make sure we were safe and comfortable. I never would have gone on my own to see the places she took us, and would have missed out on some adventures while in Chile. She recommended a great restaurant while we were on tour, and made sure none of us had any difficulty ordering our lunch. I would definitely use Esme (and Jose's ) services again, and would highly recommend her. She's very personable and speaks great English. Thank you, Esmeralda, and Jose for driving.
