Step by Step
Discover New York from a different perspective with this panoramic cruise around Manhattan Harbour. Over the course of approximately one hour, you’ll sail past some of the city’s most recognisable landmarks whilst enjoying sweeping views of the skyline.
One of the highlights of the tour comes as you approach the Statue of Liberty. From the boat, you’ll be able to admire the monument, take photographs and observe its surroundings without having to disembark on Liberty Island.
The route also passes Ellis Island, which is closely linked to the history of immigration in the United States. During the cruise, you’ll also see other points of interest, such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Battery Park and One World Trade Centre.
The cruise is the core experience and can be booked separately. You also have the option to add a ticket for the One World Observatory, situated at the top of One World Trade Centre, offering panoramic views of Manhattan and the surrounding area.
If you choose the combined option, you’ll need to make your own way from the pier to the observatory. It’s a very comprehensive package for those who want to discover New York from the water and from one of its most impressive viewpoints.
Reviews
- SS.We combined the cruise with a visit to the observatory. The connection between the two activities did not include transport, but getting there on our own was straightforward.
- JJ.We went as a family and we all enjoyed it. It isn’t too long and there’s plenty of time to look around and take photos.
- NN.I liked the fact that the boat passed both by the Statue and alongside Ellis Island. The tour offers quite a variety of views.
- PP.The departure point at Pier 36 was a bit of a walk from our accommodation, but the walk made up for the journey.
