Step by Step

Dig World Grapevine turns the world of construction into a fully hands-on experience. There are no simulators here: you’ll be able to sit at the controls of real Caterpillar machines and discover how they’re operated in an environment designed to make it both safe and entertaining.

Throughout the venue, you’ll find various machines and activities that allow you to experiment with movements, controls and tasks inspired by a construction site. It’s a fun opportunity to try something very different from a conventional amusement park.

Among the activities on offer, you can operate excavators, try out a skid-steer loader or climb onto a cherry picker. Each activity gives you a different insight into how this type of machinery works.

The experience is designed so that both children and adults can enjoy it, combining curiosity, coordination and fun. What’s more, with unlimited access, you can go on your favourite attractions as many times as you like during your visit.

It’s a particularly appealing option for families looking for something different to do in Grapevine and wanting to combine entertainment with a hands-on, memorable experience.

It’s great fun to try out real controls and discover that operating these machines requires far more coordination than it seems.

Unlimited access was brilliant because each child had a different favourite machine and we were able to go round again without too much arguing.

One activity had to be delayed slightly for safety and organisational reasons, but the staff handled it well.

A unique and truly memorable experience. It’s not every day you get to sit at the controls of real machinery.
