Sky Garden occupies the upper floors of the Walkie-Talkie and blends lush greenery, expansive glass walls, and panoramic views over London. From here, you'll spot some of the city's most famous landmarks窶琶ncluding The Shard, Tower Bridge, and the Tower of London窶蚤s you explore the space at your own pace.
With the early access option, your entire experience takes place inside Sky Garden. You'll arrive during the first hours of the day and enjoy a pastry and hot drink at the Sky Pod Bar while soaking up views from above. Your Sky Garden visit is capped at roughly one hour from entry. This option also includes an audio guide for further exploring London after your visit, with insights on places like Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square.
- The second option begins at The Larch, a restaurant located directly across from the Sky Garden entrance. You'll start with a full breakfast featuring a main dish, a pastry or muffin, plus tea and coffee. You'll have about 45 minutes to enjoy your meal, then head over to Sky Garden to continue your experience from above. Sky Garden access must be used the same day, within one hour after finishing breakfast.
- The third option also starts at The Larch but is designed for those who want a more substantial meal. You'll have roughly one hour to savor a two-course Italian-inspired menu with options like pizza and pasta, finished off with gelato or sorbet. After your meal, you can head up to Sky Garden窶蚤gain, within the following hour and on the same day. On select dates, this option may also coincide with a Sky Garden Music Night.
For the breakfast and meal options at The Larch, the audio guide accompanies your Sky Garden visit and helps you learn more about the space and identify the key buildings and monuments that make up the skyline. So in addition to taking in the views, you'll understand exactly what you're seeing from every angle.
Reviews
- LL.I thought it was a great plan. Great views, relaxed atmosphere and no need to organise much more to enjoy it.
- AA.Very nice for a different kind of morning in London. Between the coffee, the pastries and the views, it makes for a very pleasant memory.
- DD.I quite enjoyed the experience, although the access control meant that the entrance was not as fast as I thought it would be. Nothing serious, but better to go with a bit of a margin.
- EE.The place is beautiful inside. There is a lot of light, greenery and quite a quiet feeling, which I appreciated in such a busy city.
