We unfortunately visited on a very rainy day (torrential rain & floods etc). The outdoor footpaths were extremely slippery when wet.

A brilliant combination of two completely different places. A long day, but with so much to do and see.

We enjoyed the marine animals the most, but the museum managed to keep us entertained right to the end.

We ended up exhausted because we wanted to see absolutely everything in a single day. Perhaps we should have taken it a bit more slowly.

The science part was much more fun than I’d expected. Creating a thunderstorm was really fascinating.
