  • When you purchase this product, you won’t have to join the general queue, but you may have to wait at security or in the priority queue for all those who have purchased the skip-the-queue option.
  • Appropriate attire is required to enter the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. Sleeveless or strapless tops, shorts or sandals will not be permitted. Nor will visitors wearing special attire to celebrate any kind of festival be admitted.
  • The church reserves the right to refuse admission. Bags, rucksacks, luggage and personal belongings will be checked before entry.
  • We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the tour’s start time. Failure to turn up for check-in may result in you missing the tour.
  • Children under the age of 6 are not permitted to visit the tower.
  • Please note that La Sagrada Familia decides which tower is open to visitor groups and which remains closed. This may vary depending on the day.
  • Please note that whilst you can take the lift to reach the top of the tower, the descent must be made on foot. There are around 400 steps.
  • Access to the tower is subject to favourable weather conditions. If the visit is cancelled due to bad weather, a change of date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered.
  • This activity is not accessible to wheelchair users.
