Step by Step

This day trip to the Chocholow thermal baths from Kraków is an ideal option for those who want to combine nature, wellness and relaxation in a single afternoon. You’ll set off from the centre of Kraków in a comfortable vehicle and travel for approximately 1½ to 2 hours to the Podhale region.

Upon arrival at Chochołowskie Termy, you’ll have around 3 hours to enjoy the thermal complex, including time to get changed before and after your swim. The complex features over 30 pools, both indoor and outdoor, with temperatures ranging from 32 to 36 ºC.

One of the main attractions of the experience is its mineral waters, which come from deep underground and are rich in elements such as sulphur, calcium, sodium and magnesium. You can relax in the outdoor pools whilst enjoying the mountain views, or alternate between these and the indoor areas of the complex.

After some free time at the thermal baths, you’ll return to Kraków on the same coach. Arrival is scheduled for around 23:00, although times may vary depending on traffic conditions.

The experience at the hot springs was relaxing and the scenery beautiful, but I think they should organise the transport times better.
