Roma Pass and Omnia Card

Rome’s cultural offering is vast, thanks to the large number of monuments and iconic sites it boasts. With this booking, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of the Roma Pass and the Omnia Card. By combining both options, you’ll gain access to various monuments, as well as transport, a map and a guide to help you get around. You’ll be able to enjoy all of this for 3 days, starting from the moment you activate the pass with your first use.

The Roma Pass includes admission to 2 of Rome’s 6 main monuments, which you must choose from this list:

• The Colosseum
• Palatine Hill
• The Roman Forum
• The Capitoline Museums
• The Borghese Gallery
• The National Museum of Castel Sant’Angelo

The attractions included in the Roma Pass require advance booking. To do this, simply follow the instructions you’ll receive by email after purchasing your pass.

This way, you’ll have access to two of these major monuments , with tickets you can redeem whenever you like – in other words, you can decide which one to visit first after getting a Roma Pass. What’s more, the Roma Pass also entitles you to discounts at 30 other attractions scattered throughout the city. Another advantage of this pass is that you can hop on and off the sightseeing bus tours to get around Rome with ease, and it also serves as a public transport card that you can use as often as you like.

Meanwhile, the Omnia Card includes everything you need to enjoy Vatican City and more. You’ll have access to all the monuments and main attractions in this tiny country. This card includes admission to:

• the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel
• St Peter’s Basilica
• Bus tour of central Rome
• Mamertine Prison (or Carcer Tullianum)
• The Cloister and Basilica of St John Lateran

As well as entry to these sites, it also includes access to the Vox City Guide app with audio guides and self-guided tours of Rome.

How do these passes work?

Once you’ve booked your Roma Pass and Omnia Card, you’ll receive everything by email with clear and simple instructions on how to use your passes and make the most of their benefits . You’ll need to use your booking to collect your physical passes. Please take your booking to the collection desks at the following locations:

• St Peter’s Square: Piazza Pio XII, 9
  • Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
  • Closed: Sundays and public holidays.
• Lateran Complex: Main entrance to the Lateran Palace (located on the right-hand side of the main façade of the Basilica of St John Lateran).
  • Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
  • Closed: Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that as these are two separate passes, you can activate them at different times and they will have different expiry dates. Furthermore, once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to start organising your trip. There you’ll find detailed information on the attractions, how to make bookings for those that require them, how to activate the pass and how it works in general – in short, everything you need to know to make the most of this combo.
