You will be picked up from your hotel and driven to Al Khayma Camp, where your adventure begins. You will be driven through the dunes in an air-conditioned four-wheel drive vehicle, which will have you dune hopping for about 45 minutes.
You will also have the opportunity to have unlimited refreshments throughout your experience, as well as the chance to smoke a water pipe (shisha) while dressed in traditional dress. And if that's not enough, you'll see a tanoura performance, a type of folk dance that comes from Sufi traditions.

Step by Step
In this experience you will enjoy the desert like never before. With this seven-hour activity, you'll have the opportunity to take an air-conditioned off-road tourof the dunes at Dubai's Al Khayma Camp in an all-terrain vehicle. A vehicle will pick you up from your hotel in Dubai to take you to the camp, located about 40 kilometres from the economic capital of the United Arab Emirates, and take you back once the activity is over.
Upon arrival at the camp, you will be accompanied by an experienced driver for a 45-minute drive through the red dunes of the Lahbab Desert. But the excitement in the desert sand doesn't stop there, as you will have the chance to ride down the terrain on a board, in a practice called "sandboarding".
To get the sand out of your feet and body, after these experiences, you will have more activities to relax. You will have an assigned camp where you can take all the refreshments you want . You will also change into traditional dress, such as the abaya (for women) and kandura (for men). Women can also have their hands painted with henna tattoos, which disappear after a few days.
In these clothes, you can enjoy a more relaxed camel ride, which you can repeat if you like it, as well as a trained falcon experience . The experience cannot end without a tanoura show, a highly visual folk dance, and a dinner of Bedouin cuisine, the inhabitants of the desert.
