This district, which was dedicated to Kéramos, the patron saint of potters, is today the largest and most important cemetery in Athens. You will also see the remains of the walls built by Themistocles until you reach the Pompeion, an ancient gymnasium dating back to the 5th century BC.

    The visit was very good, I got more than one surprise from this place, although I expected to find something different. Recommended to get to know and learn about its history, but I doubt I'll go there again.
