Other Things You Should Know

This experience is adapted for wheelchair users, although some areas, such as the Alcazaba, are not wheelchair-accessible and cannot be visited.
You must bring your passport or identity document to take part in the experience. If you are travelling with children who do not have an identification number, please use that of one of their parents or guardians when making the booking.
Checking entry permits and identity documents may cause a slight delay when entering the premises.
Backpacks larger than 40 x 40 cm are not permitted.
Baby pushchairs are not permitted inside the Nasrid Palaces or the Generalife Palace; they must be left at the cloakroom.
The use of selfie sticks, flash photography or tripods is not permitted in the Nasrid Palaces or enclosed spaces.
