Step by Step
Explore Copenhagen on this bike tour with this booking. This activity lasts approximately three hours and you will be accompanied by a professional guide and a small group. It will be the perfect opportunity to get to know the city and its different points of interest, such as the Town Hall Square or the Little Mermaid.
Since 2015, Copenhagen has been ranked the most bicycle-friendly city in the world several times, most recently in 2021. In fact, it will host the Grand Depart of the Tour de France on 1 July 2022. It is therefore the best city for you to put the pedal to the metal.
With this reservation, you will be provided with the same bike that you will wear during the tour, as well as a helmet, which will be compulsory. There will also be an adapted helmet for children.
During the tour, you will pass by several places of interest, such as:
- Town Hall Square: this is one of the most famous and lively areas of Copenhagen. It is also the meeting point for the locals.
- Christiansborg Palace: this palace, which is free to enter, was once home to the Danish monarchy. Today it houses the Danish Parliament. It can be said to be the centre of Danish democracy.
- Operaen Christiania: this is a place where you can see how the Danish youth have fun during the weekends, as well as see how picturesque this area is.
- The Little Mermaid: a visit to the Little Mermaid is a must. Based on the 1837 fairy tale of the same name by Danish author Hans Christian Andersen, the little statue is an icon of Copenhagen and has been a major tourist attraction since its unveiling in 1913.
